Formación

• 5+ years in technical support and network administration, preferably in a leadership role.

Ideal Candidate:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Engineering degree in Systems, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 5 years in technical support, network administration, and IT security, preferably in a leadership role.

Key Contribution:

• Administer and maintain the network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and access points, across all company offices.
• Implement and oversee cybersecurity measures, including access control, traffic monitoring, and incident response.
• Provide Level 2 technical support to users, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Configure, manage, and maintain Windows Server and associated services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Server, etc.).
• Manage and troubleshoot issues in Windows, Linux, and iOS operating systems.
• Configure and administer computers, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Provide remote support to international offices in English, ensuring the operational continuity of technological infrastructure across all locations.
• Implement and monitor IT security policies to prevent risks and threats.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for the procurement, maintenance, and updating of equipment and software.
• Document procedures, incidents, and solutions to ensure the continuous improvement of the technical support area.
