Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5-8 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the manufacturing or automotive industries. Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced English skills are required.

Position Summary

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including inventory management, receiving, shipping, storage, material handling, and logistics coordination. This role ensures operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, compliance with safety regulations, and timely delivery of materials to support production and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5–8 years of warehouse or distribution management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading teams of warehouse personnel and supervisors.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, material planning, shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, QAD, or similar.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Continuous Improvement initiatives is preferred.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and warehouse best practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Requirements

• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is required; automotive industry experience is preferred.
• Proven experience managing inventory accuracy and warehouse KPIs.
• Experience with cycle counting and physical inventory processes.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Availability to travel, if required.
• Valid U.S. Border Crossing Visa (preferred, if applicable).
• Flexibility to work extended hours when business needs require.
