Binance, a leading global blockchain ecosystem, is hiring for a Lifecycle & CRM role in LATAM, Mexico. The role focuses on activation, onboarding optimization, and personalized campaigns to improve new user activation and first-time transactions.

You will build a lifecycle framework, segmentation, and membership/gamification strategies to boost retention and repeat purchases. Collaboration across business units is essential.

Formación

• 7+ years in the internet industry, with 3+ years in senior user growth roles within transaction-based sectors
• Experience leading growth initiatives with measurable results
• Proficient in AB testing, funnel analysis, and data-driven decision making

Responsabilidades

• Activation and Conversion: lead onboarding optimization and personalized campaigns to improve new user activation and first-time transactions
• Retention and Repeat Purchase: build lifecycle system, segments, and membership/gamification strategies to boost repeat purchases
• Design and optimize referral/viral growth mechanisms to drive organic growth
• Lead A/B testing and segmentation to optimize resource allocation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute lifecycle marketing strategies
• Analyze data to uncover insights and propose data-driven solutions
• Stay informed on each product's features, user preferences, and pain points
