Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. is seeking a Learning Manager to build and lead a team of trainers delivering high-quality learning experiences for associates and managers at the distribution center.

You will work with Process Engineers and operations to align training programs with customer-centric goals, develop plans, audit quality, and recruit instructors to drive continuous improvements.

Formación

• 1+ years of program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, or related field experience.
• Experience collaborating with global and local stakeholders.
• Experience in oral and written communication in English.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Develop training plans that minimize operational disruption while ensuring high-quality training delivery.
• Audit training/coaching quality and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Plan and execute the recruitment and development of top-performing instructors.
• Ensure positive collaboration between learning team and stakeholders.
• Manage a team of Trainers and support their professional development.
• Analyze and interpret metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Provide training to the learning team on material and process changes.
• Develop planning and capacity calculations for new hire training.
