Job summary

Emerson Electric Co in Mexico is seeking a seasoned Lean Six Sigma professional to lead operational excellence projects in manufacturing environments. You will drive OPEX initiatives, KAIZEN events, and value stream mapping while promoting a lean culture across operations.

Travel to the USA may be required; bilingual (Spanish/English) capability and 5 years of related experience are preferred. Bachelor degree or equivalent experience is expected with Lean/Six Sigma credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
• Bilingual 90% proficiency.
• 5 years of related experience in manufacturing (Opex, Lean Six Sigma).
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing culture, KAIZEN and Value Chain Mapping.
• Willingness to travel to USA.

Responsibilities

• Lead OPEX, Lean Six Sigma and cost improvement projects.
• Implement productivity and capacity increase initiatives.
• Promote lean culture across manufacturing operations.
• Facilitate KAIZEN events in production and support areas.
• Plan KAIZEN events with department managers and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Train personnel on lean manufacturing tools.
