Job summary

Flextronics - The Flex Company in Mexico is seeking a Business Excellence Leader to plan and coordinate manufacturing processes, providing technical support and maintaining manufacturing methods during the product lifecycle. You will generate plans for manufacturing areas, support plastics production with IE expertise, and drive improvements through Kaizen initiatives.

The role requires industrial engineering training, strong English, AutoCAD proficiency, and knowledge of Lean tools and Six

Qualifications

• Industrial Engineering degree or related field.
• Intermediate-Advanced English proficiency.
• AutoCAD proficiency.
• Knowledge of Lean tools.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Nice to have knowledge of FlexSim simulation and Minitab.

Responsibilities

• Generate plans for manufacturing areas and provide IE support for the plastics area.
• Generate improvements (Kaizen) for the plastics area.
• Monitor 5S throughout the plant.
• Support in the supermarket and warehouse areas.
