Daikin Manufacturing Mexico is seeking a candidate for a leadership role focused on operational excellence. The role involves designing and executing strategic plans, implementing Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and at least 6 years of leadership experience in manufacturing or operations.

Strong skills in data analysis and certifications in Lean or Six Sigma preferred. This role aims to drive significant improvements across various business functions, requiring both technical expertise and leadership capabilities.

Formación

• Minimum of 6 years in leadership roles within continuous improvement, manufacturing, or operational excellence.
• Proven experience in implementing Lean, Six Sigma (Black Belt certification preferred), Kaizen, 5S, VSM, etc.
• Strong skills in data analysis tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI, Minitab, etc.).
• English Intermediate Advanced Level.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute the operational excellence strategic plan aligned with business goals.
• Implement and sustain Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize business processes.
• Identify and drive improvement opportunities across operations, logistics, administration, and manufacturing.
• Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects from initiation to execution.
• Develop and deliver training programs in Lean tools and continuous improvement methodologies at all organizational levels.
• Define, monitor, and analyze operational KPIs (e.g., OEE, scrap, productivity, efficiency, lead time).
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and waste elimination.
• Ensure sustainability and standardization of implemented improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation of improved and standardized processes.
