Ellsworth Adhesives, a global distributor and manufacturer in adhesives, seeks an Engineering Sales Representative for the Mexico territory. This fully remote role requires residence in Baja California (Tijuana/Ensenada) with travel within the region and collaboration with customers' engineering teams to tailor specialty chemical solutions.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in industrial B2B sales, a technical or business degree, and strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field is required.
• 3+ years of industrial B2B sales experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for daily use.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• Strong integrity, customer service, and teamwork mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the sales process within an assigned territory and collaborate with customer engineering teams.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Establish and maintain professional customer/vendor relationships across multiple departments.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet customer needs.
• Travel daily within the territory and some overnight travel as required.
