Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in Building Management System (BMS) with global exposure.
• Experience leading offshore/remote teams across time zones.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership to a multidisciplinary engineering team (hardware, software, graphics).
• Ensure on-time, defect-free deliverables with customer satisfaction.
• Drive engineering excellence and ISO9001-compliant processes.
