Siemens Energy in Mexico City seeks a Head of the Digital Grid Execution Center to lead an established team of engineers and consultants, serving as the primary customer-facing leader for our Digital Grid portfolio and ensuring successful project execution.

The role blends engineering excellence with business development, engaging with utility and industrial clients, shaping proposals, and expanding the Digital Grid footprint in Mesoamerica while reporting to Digital Grid Americas leadership.

Formación

• University degree in engineering.
• 10+ years of customer-facing experience.
• Strong leadership and strategic delivery in global companies.
• Experience managing engineering or technical project teams in power grids or similar fields.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication in English and Spanish; intercultural collaboration.
• Business development or sales experience in energy transmission/Digital Grid sectors.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop an established team of engineers and consultants, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Act as a strategic bridge, aligning local execution with Digital Grid Americas leadership.
• Engage with utility and industrial customers, building trusted relationships and expanding the Digital Grid portfolio in Mesoamerica.
• Drive sales initiatives, shape proposals, and grow the Digital Grid footprint across the region.
• Promote cross-segment collaboration to improve operational effectiveness and delivery.
• Monitor market trends and KPIs, reporting quarterly results to Digital Grid Americas leadership.
