Job summary

Leadout Capital is seeking a Principal Agentic Data Systems Engineer in Mexico City, operating in a hybrid setup. You will architect a private ecosystem of autonomous agents handling ETL, QA, governance, and analytics workflows, acting as a single point of orchestration for a high-performing digital workforce.

You will lead design of agentic frameworks, oversee cross-tool data access, and ensure secure, scalable data solutions across Snowflake, Salesforce, and cloud data catalogs.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in high-stakes Data Engineering, Architecture, or Data Science.
Proficient in Python and SQL.
Operational leverage with AI to boost outputs.
Ability to function as a Domain Data Officer with minimal supervision.
Strong analytical judgment to spot errors in agent outputs before production.

Responsibilities

Autonomously scale by maintaining 10+ agents specialized in ETL, synthetic data, QA, and modeling.
Design multi-step reasoning and verification for autonomous outputs.
Transform high-level requirements into production-ready data products without mid-level PMs.
Governance as code for data pipelines and agent development.
Develop and maintain MCP servers for secure data access across tools and catalogs.
