Job summary

Power Digital is seeking a Data Access Manager to support prospective clients during the sales cycle, guiding them through Access & Integration to ensure data sources connect to our systems.

The role requires strong onboarding and communication skills, plus familiarity with analytics and various ad platforms. This position emphasizes accuracy, speed, and collaboration across Revenue and Analytics teams.

Qualifications

• Experience guiding clients through onboarding processes and conducting effective training sessions.
• Background in addressing and resolving customer issues, ideally in a technical or software context.
• Familiarity with analytics tools for customer data analysis and reporting.
• Experience using Google Sheets for administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for prospective clients during the data access and integration phase of the sales cycle.
• Coordinate platform access with Revenue and Analyst teams before and during marketing audits.
• Manage prospective client onboarding environments.
• Maintain and evolve the library of Access & Integration materials.
• Update internal documentation as platform access processes change.
