8020Recruit is seeking a proactive Lead Manager to bridge lead generation and acquisitions in Mexico City. You will nurture seller relationships, qualify leads based on motivations, and guide them through the initial steps to ensure a smooth handoff to the acquisitions team.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential. In this role you will maintain detailed records in the CRM, perform consistent follow-ups, and collaborate with the acquisitions team to keep momentum.

Formación

• 2-3 years in sales or lead management, ideally in real estate.
• Strong ability to connect with sellers and build trust.
• Exceptional verbal and written skills; able to adapt to various personalities.
• Proficient with CRMs and follow-up systems.
• Consistent in the documentation and lead tracking.
