Job summary

Surecomp is seeking a relationship-driven Account Management professional to own and grow our existing customer base in Latin America, with a primary focus on the Mexican market. You will serve as the senior commercial point of contact for large banking and corporate customers, maintaining executive-level relationships and driving retention and long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Own executive-level relationships with strategic banking and corporate customers, including senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
• Drive customer retention, satisfaction, and long-term account growth throughout the account lifecycle.
• Identify and pursue cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Act as the commercial owner for customer escalations, strategic reviews, and project governance discussions, working closely with Delivery teams.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans aligned with company goals.
• Lead account development and renewal processes, including proposals, negotiations, and deal closure.
• Collaborate with Solution Consulting, Delivery, and Product Management to tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Share customer feedback and market insights with Product and Delivery teams to enhance our offerings.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasts for management.
• Represent Surecomp in customer meetings, industry events, conferences, and local networking activities.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competition, and market dynamics in the Mexican and Latin American banking and fintech ecosystem.
