Qualifications

• Experience leading talent acquisition across multiple countries or markets.
• Fluent in Spanish, English and Portuguese.
• 10+ years of experience in TA.
• Ability to plan and deliver recruitment strategies aligned with business hiring needs.
• Experience managing full recruitment cycles for a range of positions.
• Knowledge of sourcing methods and candidate assessment practices.
• Ability to use recruitment data to monitor activity and guide priorities.
• Experience working closely with Human Resources and business stakeholders.
