Job summary

Aspen Technology is seeking a Principal Talent Acquisition Consultant to drive end-to-end recruitment for LATAM from our Mexico City office, collaborating with business leaders to deliver high-quality hires across Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, and Argentina.

You will lead intake meetings, build talent pipelines, and influence hiring strategies leveraging market insights and data. This senior role requires strong sourcing, ATS discipline, and cross-functional collaboration across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of recruiting across professional, technical and commercial roles.
• 3+ years supporting technology-driven organizations (software/SaaS).
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Proven direct sourcing and building talent pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle across LATAM, from intake to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements, profiles, locations, interview plans and timelines.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles through sourcing and proactive engagement of passive candidates.
• Advise business leaders on market dynamics, compensation trends, and hiring strategies.
• Ensure recruiting processes, ATS, reporting, and compliance are maintained with high quality.
