Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field
• 10+ years of strategy/leadership experience in multinational settings
• Proven track record of developing and executing strategies
• Deep knowledge of Latin America energy markets and regulatory contexts
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Strong leadership with experience managing diverse cross-functional teams
• High business acumen, integrity and strategic agility
• Proficiency in English is required

Responsibilities

• Lead regional strategy development and execution for Latin America
• Analyze market trends, competitors and regulations to identify risks and opportunities
• Support regional leadership in planning, portfolio management and decision making
• Drive strategic projects including market entry, partnerships, M&A assessments, digital transformation and sustainability
• Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Oversee preparation of business cases, strategic presentations, and reports
• Foster innovation and continuous improvement within the regional strategy team
• Mentor and develop a high-performing strategy team across the region
