Siemens AG, a leader in industrial automation, seeks a Product Management Professional to drive lifecycle management for automation, drives, and motion portfolios across Latin America. You will translate market needs into roadmap inputs, support sales enablement, and ensure regulatory compliance to accelerate growth.

The role requires a strong background in portfolio management, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to influence product strategy while delivering measurable business

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.
• Extensive experience in industrial automation, drives, motion control.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Fluent Spanish and English; Portuguese is an advantage.
• MBA or advanced degree is considered an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Define portfolio strategy and lifecycle management.
• Translate market insights into roadmap inputs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Global Product Management.
• Develop value propositions and go-to-market materials.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across LATAM.
• Train sales teams on portfolio positioning.
