Chainalysis LATAM is seeking a Solutions Architect to translate complex customer requirements into practical technical designs and measurable outcomes. You will lead technical discussions, craft compelling demonstrations, and guide deployments across the customer journey.

You will collaborate with Sales, Services, CS, Product, and Engineering, develop AI-assisted workflows, integrations, and reference architectures, and help customers operationalize Chainalysis data through APIs and notebooks.

Formación

• Several years of experience explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong storytelling, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Experience with Python or another programming language, SQL, data analysis, notebooks, workflow automation, APIs, integrations, or AI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional account team efforts with Sales, Services, CS, Product, and Engineering.
• Translate customer objectives into technical requirements, designs, and implementation paths.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows and reference architectures tailored to client environments.
• Help customers access and operationalize Chainalysis data through APIs, integrations, and notebooks.
