Ingram Micro Inc. is seeking a Xvantage Tech Leader LATAM to steer the technical delivery of Xvantage Integrations across LATAM, designing, implementing, and scaling integration solutions that accelerate business growth and platform adoption.

You will partner with Sales, Engineering, and Regional XI Advisors to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions using APIs, MCP, Integration Hub, and future Xvantage capabilities while driving customer success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, Systems Integration, or Platform Engineering.
• Experience with APIs, enterprise integrations, and customer-facing technical roles.

Responsabilidades

• Design and validate integration architectures aligned with customer requirements.
• Support discovery sessions and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Guide customers through implementation, onboarding, and go-live.
• Act as the regional technical expert for XI initiatives across LATAM.
• Drive adoption of Xvantage integration capabilities and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges and accelerate customer success.
