Chainalysis is seeking a Solutions Architect for LATAM to lead technical design and value realization across the customer journey. You will collaborate with Sales, Services, and Product to translate complex requirements into actionable architectural solutions, create tailored demonstrations, and guide adoption and expansion of Chainalysis capabilities.

Knowledge of blockchain, APIs, data movement, and AI-enabled workflows is valued.

Formación

• Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
• Experience explaining technical concepts to executives and technical teams
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, data analysis, notebooks, workflow automation, APIs, and integrations
• Ability to build customer-specific solutions and show measurable business value
• Comfort with blockchain concepts and crypto maturity for customers

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a core member of the account team across Sales, Services, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering
• Own customer outcomes across full lifecycle from discovery to expansion
• Lead discovery conversations to uncover objectives, pain points, use cases, and success criteria
• Translate business needs into technical requirements, designs, and implementation paths
• Create demos, proofs-of-value, and technical narratives aligned to customer priorities
• Develop AI-assisted workflows and automation patterns
• Provide guidance on solution architecture, API implementation, and data movement
• Drive platform adoption by linking customer workflows to Chainalysis capabilities
