Colgate is seeking a Senior Manager, Skin Health Export LATAM to drive strategic growth for the Filorga, EltaMD, and PCA Skin brands across LATAM markets including Mexico, Chile, Argentina, and Colombia. You will oversee distributors and collaborate with Global Brand Development teams in New York and Paris to optimize net sales and profitability.

The role requires 8+ years in B2B sales across international markets, fluent English and Spanish, and frequent travel within LATAM.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, International Business, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of B2B sales experience within international distributor markets or indirect trade channels.
• Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the LATAM region.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute strategic 3-year commercial plans and Net Sales targets across LATAM distributor markets.
• Manage distributor performance, pricing models, contract negotiations, and A&P budgets.
• Direct the execution of regional trade marketing and medical strategies across clinics, pharmacies, and e-retailers.
• Partner with Global Brand Development Managers to supply distributors with brand tools and insights.
• Coach distributor sales teams on planning, execution, and sales objectives.
