Job summary

Colgate-Palmolive’s Filorga unit in Mexico City seeks a Customer Development Executive to grow partnerships with doctors in a defined territory, driving net sales, distribution and market share targets.

You will manage relationships with doctors, buyers and clinic managers, plan promotions and logistics, analyze performance to seize new opportunities, ensure on-time deliveries and compliant in-store execution, and provide market insights to optimize account plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress.
• 2+ years of field sales experience in Skin Health, Dermocosmetics, or Medical Aesthetics.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Full willingness to travel across the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Drive Commercial Targets: deliver net sales, distribution, market share, and maximize account P&L within the territory.
• Manage Customer Relationships: build strong partnerships with doctors, buyers, and clinic managers.
• Business Analysis & Review: review performance, interpret sales reports, identify opportunities, monitor receivables and claims.
• Sales Planning & Logistics: develop profitable customer plans and forecast demand, follow up on orders, ensure on-time delivery.
• In-Store Execution & Market Insights: execute promotions and planograms, gather insights to adapt strategies.
