Job summary

LRQA is seeking a motivated Coordinator to support service delivery across the Latin America region from its Puebla, Mexico base. The role focuses on timely scheduling and accurate data management in internal and client systems, ensuring KPI alignment and service quality.

You will collaborate with facilities, vendors, and clients, monitor regional performance, and assist with travel cost estimates and quotations to enable efficient service delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in coordination, scheduling or administrative support.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with facilities, vendors, and clients to process service requests and schedule services.
• Respond promptly to scheduling inquiries and maintain real-time data in systems.
• Monitor regional metrics to support profitability and KPI achievement.
• Estimate travel costs and manage quotations for service delivery.
• Escalate scheduling challenges to clients and internal teams as needed.
• Support auditors and consultants with logistics and scheduling.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
