Formación

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Over 5 years of experience in multinational organizations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills with complex calculations.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsabilidades

• Own LATAM P&L, month-end close, and variances.
• Model labor costs and headcount forecasts for LATAM.
• Assess contractual risks and opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional financial alignment with stakeholders.
• Develop KPIs and regional dashboards.
