Cummins Latin America is seeking an organized logistics and admin support professional to assist senior management with scheduling, travel, reporting, and documentation. The role supports customer shipments, coordinates shipments with carriers, and participates in shipping and supply chain activities to ensure on-time deliveries.

The candidate will communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams, maintaining confidentiality and delivering high-quality service daily.

Formación

• Knowledge of customer service processes.
• Knowledge of shipping and customer delivery activities.
• Knowledge of supply chain processes.
• Experience using transportation platforms to request inventory pickups.
• Proficiency with tools used to prepare reports, documents, and presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Anticipates the needs of senior management and manages schedules, meetings, and priorities.
• Arranges and coordinates business travel, including expense reports and visa/passport requirements.
• Gathers, verifies, and analyzes information for management use in memos, letters, reports, presentations, and other communications.
• Facilitates communication between senior management, employees, customers, vendors, transportation providers, and other external parties.
• Maintains the security and confidentiality of management records and sensitive information.
• Prepares and provides required reports on a regular basis.
• Prepares documents and presentation materials and screens/incoming correspondence and calls.
• Arranges and attends meetings and distributes meeting minutes as required.
• Coordinates product shipments to customers according to daily demand.
• Active participation in shipping and supply chain activities to ensure timely deliveries.
• Uses transportation platforms to request inventory pickups and coordinate transportation requirements.
• Maintains communication with customers and carriers to ensure daily shipment requirements are met.
• Coordinates miscellaneous shipments based on department needs.
• Provides high level customer service to internal and external customers.
• Uses independent judgment to resolve issues and manage activities.
