Based in Puebla, Mexico, you will collaborate with facilities, vendors, and clients to process requests, monitor regional metrics, and contribute to process improvements while supporting auditors and consultants.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Business Administration, Sustainability, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in coordination, scheduling, or administrative support.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, patient, and committed to accuracy.
• Demonstrates integrity, diligence, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with facilities, vendors, and clients to process service requests and schedule services.
• Respond promptly to inquiries related to scheduling and service delivery.
• Maintain real-time updates of service data in internal and client systems.
• Monitor regional performance metrics including resource utilization and expenses.
• Ensure timely service delivery by processing requests within client timelines.
• Provide logistical support to auditors and consultants.
• Escalate scheduling challenges to clients when needed.
• Identify opportunities for internal process improvements.
• Estimate travel costs and manage quotations.
