Nextpower in Mexico City, MX, is seeking a highly experienced Manager, Strategic Logistics – LATAM to develop and execute regional freight strategies. You will lead sourcing, negotiations, and service-provider management, collaborating with Operations, Sales, and Project Management to optimize cost, capacity, and performance.

Formación

• 8+ years of multi-modal logistics pricing experience.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
• High degree of autonomy and accountability for results.

Responsabilidades

• Develop strategy for freight and logistics across LATAM, including Brazil.
• Lead freight contracts and cost/capacity negotiations for ocean, air, land, warehousing, and related services.
• Scout and qualify carriers and new providers to optimize capacity and costs.
• Issue RFPs and prioritize sourcing to meet local market needs while aligning with global strategy.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and project teams to optimize landed costs and delivery schedules.
• Maintain relationships and conduct quarterly business reviews with service providers.
