Rapido Solutions Group in León, Guanajuato, seeks a capable operations support professional to assist daily transportation activities and maintain comprehensive records. You will need good judgment, a proactive attitude, and the ability to learn processes quickly as you work with executives, customers, and office staff.

Experience in transportation, logistics, or equipment management is helpful, but we will train the right candidate who shows ownership, reliability, and a willingness to grow in

Mansioni

• Maintain accurate operational records including container check-ins/check-outs and equipment status.
• Coordinate with office staff, customers, and contacts to obtain information and resolve discrepancies.
• Organize supporting documentation and ensure records are complete for billing and reconciliation.
• Track outstanding items, follow up promptly, and escalate issues to management when needed.
• Learn Bayview workflows and provide additional operational support as needed.

Role Overview

Seeking a capable, adaptable professional to support daily transportation operations. We value strong judgment, learning ability, and commitment.
Prior transportation or equipment management experience is helpful, but we are willing to trainsomeone who demonstrates the ability to understand our processes, follow through, and takeownership of their responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• - Maintain accurate operational records, including container check-ins, check-outs,assignments, and equipment status.
• - Coordinate with office staff, customers, and other operational contacts to obtain informationand resolve discrepancies.
• - Organize supporting documentation and help ensure records are complete for billing andreconciliation.
• - Track outstanding items, follow up promptly, and elevate issues requiring managementattention.
• - Learn Bayview workflows and provide additional operational support as needed.
