Job summary

Solstice Advanced Materials is seeking a LATAM Logistics Manager to lead logistics execution and strategy across the Latin America region. The role partners with Commercial, Customer Experience, Planning, Procurement, Operations and Finance to ensure logistics aligns with growth and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include shaping regional strategy, managing road, ocean, rail, air and intermodal transport, warehousing in LATAM, and driving cost-to-serve improvements while ensuring

Qualifications

• English and Spanish proficiency required
• Portuguese proficiency strongly preferred
• Experience managing transportation and logistics operations across multiple countries
• Experience with ocean and road transportation; exposure to rail, warehousing, air, intermodal, customs or international trade flows is advantageous
• Experience managing logistics providers and using KPIs to drive performance improvement
• Experience with Dangerous Goods (DG) transportation and regulatory requirements is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the LATAM logistics strategy aligned with business growth and global strategy
• Serve as the primary regional point of contact for Logistics across LATAM and interface with regional teams
• Lead logistics performance across road, ocean, rail, air and intermodal transport and warehousing in LATAM
• Manage regional logistics providers, carriers, freight forwarders, warehouses and terminals with clear performance expectations
• Own initiatives to reduce regional cost-to-serve and improve logistics productivity
• Support customs, import/export, quota and regulatory requirements affecting LATAM logistics
• Develop and standardize regional logistics processes and SOPs with governance for partners
