Nextpower is seeking a Manager, Strategic Logistics – LATAM to lead multi-modal logistics strategy and negotiations from Guadalajara, Mexico. You will drive freight sourcing, contracts, and provider management to optimize cost, capacity, and service while collaborating with Operations, Sales, and Project Management.

The role requires extensive LATAM logistics experience, English and Spanish fluency, and a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in multi-modal logistics pricing and LATAM focus.
• Skilled negotiator with strong analytical and communication abilities.
• High degree of autonomy and accountability for results.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Develop strategy for freight costs, capacity, and quality across LATAM (incl. Brazil).
• Lead freight contracts and cost negotiations for ocean, air, land, warehousing, etc.
