Consea America seeks a Regional Sales Manager LATAM to drive business development and revenue growth across Latin America. You will manage a network of distributors and importers, align with headquarters on regional strategies, and ensure achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction.

The role requires managing international markets with autonomy, a strategic mindset, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams; travel up to 50% of the time is expected.

Formación

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in international sales roles.
• Proven experience managing distributors and importers.
• Experience managing international and multicultural markets.
• Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting.
• Strong results orientation and strategic vision.
• High level of operational autonomy and stakeholder influence.
• Fluent Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement the regional commercial strategy in line with corporate objectives.
• Develop revenue, market share, and profitability within the assigned territory.
• Manage and develop the network of distributors and importers.
• Identify new business opportunities and commercial partners.
• Ensure achievement of sales and margin targets.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and regional business plans.
• Ensure high standards of commercial and after-sales support.
• Gather market intelligence and analyze competitors.
