Google LLC is seeking a Googler Experience Operations Specialist focused on People Experience for the LATAM region. You will support HR operations with a data-driven approach, ensuring service excellence and timely delivery while liaising with regional teams and stakeholders.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least 5 years in HR operations within LATAM. A strong operations mindset and customer-facing skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Deliver operational excellence within HR service lines for LATAM, meeting SLAs and timeliness targets.
• Act as liaison between stakeholders and GXO teams to standardize regional work.
• Lead GXO operations initiatives and implement service delivery improvements across regions.
• Collaborate with GXO and People Experience teams to align processes across regions.
• Develop deep expertise in HR systems and troubleshoot day-to-day system issues.
