Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Googler Experience Operations Specialist for People Experience, fluent in Spanish and English. You will support HR operations across LATAM, ensure smooth service delivery, and partner with regional teams to improve processes.

The role emphasizes data-driven process improvements, stakeholder management, and delivering high-quality employee experiences for Googlers in the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in HR operations within the LATAM region.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Deliver above and beyond operational excellence within service line(s) in Canada and Latam, driving service delivery, service planning, ensuring Service-level agreement (SLAs) are met and activities follow process timeliness and accuracy targets across all service areas through continued improvement of operational excellence.
• Serve as liaison between stakeholder teams and the wider team within Googler Experience Operations (GXO).
• Lead GXO operations execution related to initiatives and programs, implementing and executing on service delivery improvements and new process/scope changes in this space, including extended workforceactivities.
• Collaborate with the other GXO across regions, Googler Experienceand People Experienceto intake and/or standardize the work across regions.
• Develop deep expertise in the systems supporting Googler Experience service areas, troubleshooting day-to-day issues and consulting with partners on changes to systems infrastructure.
