Globalization Partners Inc. is seeking a Payroll & Billing Specialist for the LATAM region, including Mexico, to manage daily payroll activities and ensure accurate, timely processing across multiple platforms.

You will collaborate with Payroll, HR, Operations and Finance, reconciling inputs and generating client bills. This role demands precision, confidentiality and the ability to work across time zones in a remote, global team.

Formación

• Degree in Finance, Business, Human Resources, or related disciplines.
• 1–3 years of payroll experience across multiple LATAM countries (specifically Mexico).
• Experience with ADP, Workday, Ceridian or similar platforms.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; ability to manage data and present insights.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day LATAM payroll activities, including Mexico, with on-cycle and off-cycle processing.
• Streamline payroll processes onto a single platform to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Payroll, HR, Operations and Finance to gather and review payroll inputs.
• Reconcile payroll inputs from internal systems and upload to local providers via global aggregators (ADP, Payzaar).
• Monitor vendor payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Produce payroll estimates for internal reporting and funding needs.
• Request funding of payroll and third-party payments as applicable.
• Generate client bills using cost reports and ensure timely invoicing.
• Deliver data/reports to HR, Finance, Operations and third parties.
• Provide prioritization and escalation support for payroll and billing inquiries.
• Communicate status updates to Manager and Senior Manager Global Payroll to harmonize processes.
