HH Global is seeking a Payroll Analyst to oversee the planning, organization and control of the LATAM payroll function. You will supervise day-to-day payroll processing, ensure compliance with laws and internal policies, and collaborate with ADP and cross-functional teams to improve processes.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in payroll across LATAM, a Bachelor's degree, fluent English, and advanced Excel skills.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience running and managing a complex payroll across LATAM.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline.
• Fluent in English.
• Knowledge of payroll laws, codes, regulations, and standards.
• Experience with ADP People+Talent/Payroll system.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, organize, and control all aspects of the LATAM payroll function.
• Review payroll documentation and adjust as needed for accuracy and compliance.
• Enter payroll data into ADP and process payroll actions.
• Coordinate with People+Talent team to maintain payroll data integrity.
• Resolve payroll questions from managers and employees.
• Coordinate with ADP/payroll vendors to ensure timely paycheck distribution.
• Track attendance, vacations, and leaves and maintain employment records.
• Lead process improvements and special payroll projects.
