Job summary

Vistra+iiPay is seeking an HR Specialist, Payroll & Benefits to deliver Mexico payrolls for a global client base. You will work with in-country partners to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance while supporting cross-border projects.

Remote role with occasional visits; strong English and Spanish, 3+ years payroll, advanced Excel, and LATAM tax knowledge are required. The position offers a dynamic, global work environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years payroll experience with Mexico/LATAM exposure.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Advanced Excel skills and data accuracy focus.
• Knowledge of Mexican payroll regulations and tax filings.
• Experience with TRESS system is desirable.
• Familiarity with ISAE 3402 and ISO 27001:2013 controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage payrolls KPI, including data processing and quality reviews.
• Resolve payroll queries with internal clients.
• Maintain online document libraries with updated versions.
• Collaborate to review payroll processes and identify improvements.
• Work with team lead to implement more efficient processes.
