AVI-SPL México is seeking an HR Specialist to manage the day-to-day HR operations, focusing on employee lifecycle and multi-country payroll for Mexico and South America. The role reports to the Regional HR Manager and can be based in Monterrey, MX or Buenos Aires, AR.

You will collaborate with local HR, Finance, Payroll, and Deel to ensure accurate payroll processing and timely reporting. Ideal candidates will be bilingual (English/Spanish), with 3+ years in payroll support, and experience

Formación

• Fluent in English and Spanish required.
• Minimum 3 years supporting or processing payroll.
• Experience across multiple countries/Latin America is preferred.
• Experience with payroll platform coordination and data reconciliation.

Responsabilidades

• Handle day-to-day HR operations for Mexico and South America.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and staff movements.
• Process end-to-end payroll activities in Deel for multiple countries.
• Validate payroll inputs/outputs and resolve discrepancies before approval.
• Generate HR reports and provide insights for decisions.
