Multiplier is seeking a highly skilled Senior Payroll Specialist to lead payroll processing for the Latin America region. The role requires in-depth knowledge of local labor laws, strong communication in English, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

You will manage payroll across multiple countries, collaborate with HR, Finance and Operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide accurate reports to leadership.

Formación

• Expertise in Latam payroll and local labor regulations.
• Business-level English for stakeholder communication.
• Experience in remote environments with accountability.
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• EOR or in-house payroll background with payroll process knowledge.
• Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese for local teams.
• Leadership to manage payroll across multiple countries.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities for payroll issues.

Responsabilidades

• Payroll processing for the Latin America region with timely delivery.
• Provide technical payroll expertise to local teams including onboarding.
• Manage multi-country payroll ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations for alignment.
• Build relationships with government agencies, vendors, and employees.
• Analyze and resolve payroll issues and provide guidance.
• Stay updated on local labor laws and regulations and advise teams.
• Produce regular reports and insights on payroll trends and opportunities.
