Vistra is seeking an HR Specialist, Payroll & Benefits to deliver accurate payrolls for Mexican operations and global clients. You will coordinate with in-country partners and the Vistra+iiPay team to ensure timely, compliant payroll processing and strong client communication.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish capabilities, 3+ years in Mexican payroll, advanced Excel, and awareness of data security standards (ISAE 3402, ISO 27001). Remote work with occasional office visits offered.

Formación

• English business level required.
• Spanish required.
• Experience in Mexican payroll in-house processes including withholding, tax payments and social security.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver accurate Mexico payrolls for multiple clients.
• Collaborate with in-country partners and the global payroll team.
• Review data for accuracy and obtain payroll approvals from clients.
