Solutions 2 GO Inc. in Mexico City is seeking an HR Coordinator LATAM to support day-to-day HR operations across LATAM, maintaining records and HR systems, and ensuring processes run smoothly in a hybrid work model.

You will be the primary contact for employees and managers, assist with payroll, onboarding, and HR documentation, generate metrics, and help develop policies to promote compliance and operational excellence.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years in HR Analyst/HR Assistant or related role.
• Proficient in Excel and data management.
• Experience with HR systems like SAP HCM or Dayforce.
• Strong communication and discretion.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as first point of contact for HR inquiries and benefits.
• Support payroll data entry and transactions.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding and HR documentation.
• Produce HR metrics and dashboards.
• Help maintain HR policies and processes for LATAM.
