Bacardi y Compania, S.A. de C.V. seeks a seasoned Supply Chain leader to oversee Latin America logistics, including warehouse and transportation operations and international trade.

You will lead a regional team, manage the regional budget, and collaborate with procurement, sales, and planning to optimize service levels and cost efficiency. You will drive the ESG agenda, implement standardized processes, and ensure adherence to global standards while coordinating across multiple markets in Latin

Formación

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering, supply chain, logistics, operations, or related field.
• +8 years of logistics management, optimization, and process improvement in a complex organization.
• Strong analytical skills and ERP proficiency for logistics operations.
• Experience managing 3PL and external transportation suppliers.
• International trade experience and regional Latin America knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and oversee logistics strategy across Latin America, including warehouse network and transportation.
• Own regional budget lines and drive cost-to-serve savings.
• Lead regional governance with Sales, Customer Service and Planning for service performance.
• Manage 7 warehouses and local transportation across multiple markets, including import/export operations.
• Drive process improvements and ESG initiatives within logistics.
