in Mexico City seeks a Manager, Strategic Logistics – LATAM to shape and execute freight strategies across LATAM, including Brazil. You will lead contracts, drive cost and capacity negotiations, and manage service providers to optimize landed costs and delivery performance. The role requires 8+ years in multi-modal LATAM logistics, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and full professional fluency in English and Spanish, enabling collaboration

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in multi-modal logistics pricing structure and LATAM markets.
• Skilled negotiator with analytical and communication strengths.
• High degree of autonomy and accountability for results.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Develop strategy for freight elements across LATAM, including Brazil.
• Lead freight contracts and capacity negotiations (ocean, air, land).
• Qualify carriers and service providers to optimize capacity and cost.
• Issue RFPs and align sourcing with global strategies.
• Collaborate with operations to optimize landed costs and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with Sales and Project Management for freight cost optimization.
• Maintain relationships and conduct quarterly business reviews with providers.
• Resolve escalations and implement processes to improve supply chain efficiency.
• Stay updated on regulations affecting the LATAM region.
