Job summary

Solmax seeks a Commercial Director for Mexico and Latin America to lead revenue growth and profitability with full P&L responsibility. The role directs a regional sales team and collaborates closely with Product, Tech Services, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to drive strategic execution and customer value.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
5+ years of progressive sales or commercial leadership experience.
Experience managing regional P&L with revenue and margin growth.
Experience leading multi-tiered sales organizations and technical sales professionals.
Travel 50–70% across the assigned region.

Responsibilities

Define and implement the regional commercial strategy in alignment with Solmax’s broader sales objectives.
Own and manage the full P&L for the territory, including revenue, gross margin, and EBITDA contribution.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing regional sales team (RSMs, ISMs).
Collaborate with Product, Technical Services, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to align go-to-market efforts.
Build executive-level relationships with key customers and represent Solmax at industry events.
