Job summary

Bacardi seeks a senior logistics leader to oversee Latin America logistics strategy, including warehouse and transportation operations, and international trade processes. You will manage a regional team across multiple geographies, ensuring service levels, cost optimization, and compliance with revenue recognition policies.

You will own regional budgets, drive process improvements, and partner with procurement, sales, and IT to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, logistics, operations, or related field.
• Proven +8 years in logistics management within a multinational organization.
• Experience managing 3PLs and external transportation suppliers; strong negotiation skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement LATAM logistics strategy across regional markets and 7 warehouses.
• Oversee international trade operations, cost to serve and inventory control.
• Lead regional governance with Sales, CS and Planning to ensure service levels and issue resolution.
• Drive ESG initiatives and decarbonisation of the logistics network.
