Essity is seeking an IT On‑Site Team Leader LATAM to guide regional on‑site IT support across LATAM, aligning with global IT standards. The role focuses on people leadership, operational excellence, and technical expertise for manufacturing sites and offices. You will collaborate with global teams and site leadership to drive continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years leading IT teams, strong stakeholder management, and fluency in English and Spanish. Travel up to 30% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience leading IT or technical support teams.
• Experience supporting IT operations in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a distributed team of On‑Site IT Support professionals across LATAM.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, incident resolution targets, and service delivery standards.
• Oversee IT infrastructure support activities, including end-user services, hardware, connectivity, and network-related issues.
• Partner with site leadership, business stakeholders, and global IT teams to address operational needs and drive continuous improvement.
• Support the implementation of global IT initiatives, processes, and governance standards.
• Participate in the resolution of critical incidents and complex technical issues when required.
• Coordinate on‑call support activities and ensure business continuity across locations.
• Travel occasionally to regional sites and global meetings as needed.
