Job summary

Essity is seeking an Organization Improvement Manager in Monterrey to strengthen operational excellence. You will lead TPM initiatives, drive capability development, and support CI across the site, partnering with the Site Director and cross‑functional teams to develop people and processes.

The role requires 5–7 years in manufacturing/CI, experience with TPM and Lean methods, and advanced English. You will coach leaders, monitor progress, and shape a culture of learning and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required or equivalent.
• 5–7 years in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or CI roles.
• Experience implementing TPM and high‑performance work systems.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality, safety.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deploy TPM and CI initiatives across the site.
• Drive capability development to achieve operational excellence and customer expectations.
• Partner with site leadership to identify capability gaps and implement plans.
• Coach leaders on TPM methods and high‑performing work systems.
• Monitor progress, audit standards, and drive improvements.
• Support deployment of site strategies and CI roadmaps.
• Lead and develop a team and foster accountability and collaboration.
