You will lead a distributed team, manage SLAs, and coordinate with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement across LATAM, with travel up to 30%.

Fluent English and Spanish are required; a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of leadership in IT within manufacturing are expected.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience leading IT/support teams.
• Experience in IT operations within manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of IT service management and operating with SLAs.
