Job summary

DiDi Global is hiring a Strategy & FinOps Manager for SSL LATAM, based in Mexico. You will own the FinOps agenda, lead planning processes, and translate financial insights into actions that drive growth and profitability across the region.

You will partner with Finance, Operations, Product, and Commercial teams to strengthen governance, drive forecasting, and optimize profitability through scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years in Strategy, Finance, Operations, Consulting, or related analytical functions.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, drivers, and P&L management.
• Advanced SQL and Excel; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the FinOps agenda for SSL LATAM (Mexico, Colombia, Costa Rica).
• Partner with Finance to analyze P&L, risks, and opportunities affecting profitability.
• Lead planning processes: AOP, long-range plans, and forecasting.
