DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager/Director‑level leader to own the growth agenda for partnerships across LATAM (Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Costa Rica). You will define the partner strategy, build the playbook, and drive cross‑functional execution with Product, CRM, Marketing, and Finance.

You will lead AI‑driven analyses, build models, and ship incrementality metrics with a small team, shaping roadmap and business cases for multi‑market collaboration.

Formación

• Proven track record delivering cross-functional programs.
• Experience applying AI-enabled analysis and modeling to business decisions.
• Ability to drive programs across multiple teams and functions.
• Structured, hypothesis-driven thinking with clear milestones.
• Strong unit economics and investment decision-making skills.
• Hands-on data analysis using SQL and advanced spreadsheets.
• 7+ years in strategy/growth/marketplace/partnerships across multi‑market contexts.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Designing the partnerships growth engine from the ground up.
• Building and sequencing a roadmap with milestones and business cases per partnership.
• Running the campaign portfolio end to end across four markets.
• Owning the LTV of partnership-acquired users with activation & retention paths.
• Translating plans into product/platform requirements and ensuring alignment.
• Aligning Directors and Senior Managers across Growth, Product, Marketing, Finance, and BD.
• Operating with AI leverage to inform analysis, dashboards and incrementality.
